Sue Thomas Coaching is made up of director and principal coach, Sue Thomas, and a group of hand-picked associates, all of whom are top class coaches.
For some projects we partner with specialist organisations who offer an extra dimension.
These include leadership and management training companies, a human resources company, the Improvement and Development Agency and Leadership South West.

Sue Thomas has been coaching professionally since 2004. Prior to that she gained fifteen years' consulting experience in the front line of corporate life.
Sue worked on behalf of major national and international organisations including AT&T, Hewlett Packard, Dun & Bradstreet and NatWest, enabling clients to clarify their business aims and develop successful plans of action to achieve them.
She is also trained in consulting and facilitation skills and has an MSc by research in behavioural modelling from the University of Oxford.
